Unblock filter of washing machine.
I had unsuccessfully tried to extract the filter as I thought it was blocked. Gary removed and cleaned it very quickly and gave me useful advice about maintenance, including recommending and selling limescale and detergent remover to me.

Dishwasher Repair
Gary was friendly, helpful and came out on the day I requested to look at our dishwasher, which wasn’t heating. He arrived within the time slot he gave us and had the necessary part on the van, so was able to fix the dishwasher straight away. All very straightforward, totally stress-free and we couldn’t be happier, thank you 🙂

Oven repair after not heating suddenly.
Gaz responded to our enquiry within minutes and booked us the next day. He arrived within the time slot he’d given us. He was well equipped for the job and looked the oven over thoroughly. He was polite, quick and kept the area very clean. Highly recommended and would definitely use again.

New heating element fitted to electric cooker's main oven
The engineer arrived on time, having called ahead to say he was on his way. He wore a mask while on the premises, fitted the spare part very quickly and without causing any mess, demonstrated the new part was working and we sorted out the electronic payment in a jiffy. I kept out of the way while he was working and would feel totally comfortable using him again. Definitely a no-BS type of chap.

Washing machine
First contacted 8AM and by 3PM all working. Washing machine couldn’t get through a wash cycle without error codes coming up and unknown to us couldn’t heat the water. Now a day later and gone through 3 wash cycles no problem.

Assessing broken oven
Gary checked out the oven and identified the fault. He also very sweetly hoovered up behind the oven for me as it hadn’t been moved for years! Unfortunately the part is no longer available but he made the cooker safe enough to use the hob. Very polite and helpful and I would recommend. His communication was very quick after I made the enquiry and he kept me well informed about when he would come.

Fixed dishwasher. Broken element was replaced.
Friendly, courteous and professional. We’d discussed the fact that the water wasn’t heating so he had the relevant part with him so was able to fix it in the one visit. Advised on how to prevent this issue again (was a limescale build up). Would definitely use him again. And cheaper than if I’d gone via the maker, Hotpoint.

Repair of dishwasher
Excellent service and quick to reply and come round. Had to come over again as dishwasher needed parts but arrived in the morning and quicky completed the job. He even cleaned my floor!

Repaired tumble dryer that had not worked for 1 year.
Replied to my phone message within 1 hour. Quoted a price plus parts and set a time the next day for work to be done. Phoned 20mins before he arrived. Wore a face covering and adhered to covid advice. Left to complete job. He had to pop out for a part but returned within 15mins.Tested machine and offered to sweep up but there was nothing to clean except the rubbish which he dully disposed of. Price was reasonable with no hidden extras.
